B20 Cu-Ni Property
Québec
Ressources Appalaches is a 100 % owner of B20 property located near Port-Cartier, on the Quebec North Shore. In total, more than 16 Cu-Ni-Co showings have been discovered on surface over a length of 2.5 km, with grades of up to 1.74% Ni, 1.28% Cu, and 0.23% Co. Since 2000, Ressources Appalaches has drilled 41 boreholes totalling 6,694 metres, and has obtained results similar to those found on surface, down to a depth of 265 metres.
The mineralization is associated with a band of electromagnetic conductors 0.5 km wide and 3 km long, trending NE at a high angle to the lithologic contacts and the edge of the Rivière Pente-Côte anorthosite complex. The mineralized zone remains open in all directions, and several unexplored geophysical anomalies point to possible extensions.
