Corporate directory and management

Alain Hupé holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree specializing in geological engineering from Université Laval (1992). Since 1994, he has been acting as a consultant for Géominex Inc., a consultancy specializing in mining exploration geology, which provides professional primarily to Ressources Appalaches Inc. Since 2007, he has been president of Gestion LesTrois Inc., a property management company.

André Proulx is a graduate of Université Laval with a master’s degree in ethnology (1974). He has several years of experience in managing mining and oil exploration companies. Since 2002, he has been a member of the board of directors, president, and chief executive officer of Pétrolia Inc. (PEA-TSX-V). Since 2003, he has been a member of the board of directors of Puma Exploration Inc. (PUM-TSX-V) and was president and chief executive officer until 2010. Since 1994, he has been a member of the board of directors of Ressources Appalaches inc. (APP-TSX-V) and was president and chief executive officer until 2010. From 1994 to 2000, he was president of Géominex Inc., a consulting firm in the sector of mineral exploration geology.

Ginette G. Brisson is an accountant and member of the Corporation professionnelle des comptables généraux accrédités du Québec and the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. Ginette Brisson worked for more than 20 years with industry, commercial businesses, and government bodies as Audit Principal for Mallette, an accounting firm. Since 2005, she has been serving a number of oil and mineral exploration companies as a public accountant.

Dominique Doucet obtained his title of engineer-geologist from the École polytechnique of Montreal in 1982. Mr. Doucet is member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Quebec’s order of engineers). Since 2001, he has been the Vice-President and CEO of Dios Exploration Inc. He has been the President of Ressources Sirios Inc. since 1994. From 1987 until 1994, he was President and Promoter of Ressources William Inc., a company listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange since 1990. From 1994 until May of 1995, he was the Executive Vice-President  and Secretary of Ressources William Inc., and the company`s Director until February 12, 1996. Between 1982 and 1987, he was a consulting engineer in the sector of mineral exploration.

John Alan Thomas is a graduate of the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology where he received a B.Sc. (Hon) in Chemical Engineering, as well as a M.Sc. and Ph.D. He also received a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the U.K. Association of Certified Accountants. He is a registered professional engineer in the province of British Columbia. Since 1997, Dr. Thomas is president of JAT Metconsult Ltd. He has 38 years experience in the mining industry, in both base and precious metals and has worked in Brazil, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Kazakhstan, Russia, Canada and Zambia. His experience covers a wide range of activities in the mining industry, from process development, management of feasibility studies, engineering and management of construction and operation of mines.
