FINANCIAL STATEMENT

The Company is a mineral resources exploration company involved in the acquisition of mineral properties and their exploration. At present, the Company's activities in the mineral resources sector are not generating any income for the Company from mining production but aimed to become a gold producer by purchasing the Dufferin Mine.

Appalaches controlled approximatly 25% (10 million shares) of Puma Exploration (PUM-TSXV), a mining exploration company who is actually working on the Manitoba gold greenbelt and nearby the Bathurst mining camp in New Brunswick for base metals (www.explorationpuma.com).

Resources Appalaches shares are quoted on the TSX Venture Stock Exchange and are traded under the symbol APP. The Company is a reporting issuer in the provinces of Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia.
